Learning Accountability Hives

What if learners were accountable to one another for their learning accomplishments and growth? Learning Accountability Hives are peer-based, mutual support groups that provide opportunities for learners to practice agency and self-efficacy. Learners hold one another accountable by engaging in feedback circles to celebrate success, reflect on setbacks and set individual and collective learning goals. Hives can be in-person gatherings or can be distributed across locations and mediated through digital media.
